Professor Mona Pearl has a degree in Business from Northeastern Illinois University in the United States and a master´s degree from DePaul University. She has been teaching at DePaul since 2010 and has been working with multinational companies helping them expand overseas into new markets and new cultures. She has also worked with startups helping them start their way globally.

Professor Jesús Lechuga has a degree in Psychology from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico. He has a master’s degree in Administration from the Tec de Monterrey. He also has more than 45 years of professional experience in industrial, commercial, service, and public sector organizations, at the line and / or staff level and intervening in processes of various organizational nature. From 1990 to date, he has been a consultant for different organizations in the private and public sectors in three main areas: business strategy, management of family businesses and productive management of human capital, with the characteristic of always seeking the balance between strategy and execution.

Professor Luis Araiza has a degree in Computer Systems from Tec de Monterrey and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources from Tec de Monterrey, both in Monterrey, Mexico. Since 1995 He has participated in the teaching of different courses at the Tecnológico de Monterrey for more than 40 semesters.
